The District maintains approximately XX acres of open space land situated throughout the Bradley Ranch neighborhood. The District also owns and is responsible for maintaining the storm water detention area (which collect the storm water runoff from the streets) - located at the west end of the neighborhood Southeast corner of Tochal Drive and N Union Avenue.
