The District maintains approximately 7.1 acres of open space land situated throughout the Bradley Ranch neighborhood. The District also owns and is responsible for maintaining two storm water detention areas (which collect the storm water runoff from the streets) - located at (1) the west end of the neighborhood Southeast corner of Tochal Drive and N Union Avenue and (2) east end of the neighborhood at the east end of Janga Drive.
Generally, the District contracts with a landscape company to maintain the landscaping on the open spaces and mow the native open space areas. The District's landscape contractor generally maintains the landscaping in the open spaces between May and October each year.
